Calling all bloggers! Koodzo wants you and your blog! Today Koodzo officially launched their Social Content Distribution Service designed for bloggers and social marketers.Over the last decade, Internet blogs and bloggers themselves have become very important point of reference for many. A small percentage of bloggers have succeeded in creating a following and making a name for themselves among various social circles. Because the Internet is so vast, often bloggers struggle to get the exposure they deserve. Koodzo is leveling the playing field!
Whether you a blogger with thousands of followers or you recently launched a blog and want to develop a following, Koodzo promises to help. Contributors from various groups and communities who share similar interests, will benefit from reciprocal traffic and link backs to their original content and website.
Koodzo is a result of a living prototype which began more than 3 years ago. Founders Ernesto Pellegrino and Luigi Tiano, also bloggers, launched 1CloudRoad.com as their own blog site. After meeting various bloggers at industry events, Ernesto and Luigi wanted to create a site which not only hosted their blogs. They envisioned a platform, which curated fellow blogger’s content and promoted it across their social networks in hopes of reaching a larger audience.
“We didn’t just want a blog site, we wanted to create a social experience for our friends and fellow bloggers. Everyone is tweeting and sharing articles and insight across the Internet. We wanted to take advantage of that energy and be the catalyst for all bloggers especially those who needed that extra exposure”, said Luigi Tiano COO at Koodzo
“The feedback and praise we received was fantastic. We figured why not take this formula and bring it to other industries and other bloggers! Using the same concept which proved 1CloudRoad successful, Koodzo will replicate this model across hundreds and potentially thousands of groups.” said Ernesto Pellegrino CTO at Koodzo.
The Koodzo Social Syndication Engine ensure maximum engagement throughout the Koodzo Network. Embedded widgets residing on contributor sites will host dynamic and relative content in hopes of generating more reading exposure and social sharing.
HP Helion Stephen Spector also had this to say after using the Content Network for one of his campaigns.
As an active blogger and social media evangelist for HP’s cloud portfolio I need to stay informed in all that is happening in the cloud ecosystem. 1CloudRoad provides me a one-stop shop of the industry’s leading bloggers providing a wide range of commentary and analysis on all things cloud. In fact, I have worked closely with the team at 1CloudRoad to embed the HP Helion blog (Grounded in the Cloud) directly into their site so that other industry watchers can easily access HP’s activity in cloud. The inclusion of HP content into 1CloudRoad allows HP to reach a broader industry audience looking for cloud information which is directly translating into customer interest in our HP Helion portfolio of cloud technologies and services.

Corporations have realized that social content is a key differentiator to getting their product or message to the masses. Billions of dollars will continue to be spent by corporations on content creation, as they try to window dress their sites. With Koodzo, contributors “deposit” their content into the social content mine, giving corporations the ability to pick and choose real, compelling and independent content to publish on their site or various campaigns.
This short animated video demonstrates what Koodzo is all about.
The Koodzo Objective is to distribute blogs and social content across the Koodzo Content Network and the Internet using Koodzo Communities, Koodzo Contributors, the Koodzo Social Syndication Engine and Koodzo Embedded Widgets.
